OUTDOOR LIGHTING
To turn on the outdoor lights: switches are in the annex bedrooms, the summer kitchen, and the gym.
To turn on the outdoor dining area: switch is to the right of the kitchen door.

LIGHTING UP
- Open the plancha lid.
- Open the gas bottle valve.
- Turn a burner knob and press to ignite
(Jetfire system — built-in piezo ignition).
If it doesn't light on the first try, wait 5 seconds before trying again.
COOKING
- Preheat for approx. 10 min at full power.
- Adjust heat via the burner knobs depending on what you're cooking.
- Cook directly on the hard chrome plate (fast, even heat distribution).
Tip: the 3 burners are independent — use one zone hot and another lower at the same time.
AFTER COOKING
- Turn off all burners (knobs to "0" / "min").
- Close the gas bottle valve.
- Scrape residues while still hot toward the front drip tray.
- Empty the grease drip tray.
- Let cool completely before replacing the lid.
